The Colliers Denver Design Studio is pleased to announce that they have received two awards recognizing the communications work accomplished on Colliers Denver’s 2020 Forecast, published Q1 of this year. The two awards earned are the 2020 Communicator Award of Excellence in Collateral for Marketing / Promotion, and the 2020 Communicator Award of Distinction in Design Features–Overall Design for Marketing / Promotion. As stated in The Communicator Awards May 2020 press release, “With over 6,000 entries received from across the US and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence for communications professionals.”
The 48-page 2020 Forecast explores the economic state of the commercial real estate market and gives professionally researched predictions to help drive decisions within the Capital, Office, Industrial, Retail and Multi-family market sectors. The 2020 Forecast was researched and written by Brad Calbert, President of Colliers International Denver. It was designed and produced by Jason Thrun, VP Creative Services, Tonya Kumer, Art Director, and Heather Heick, Senior Designer, all of the Colliers Denver Design Studio.
The Communicator Awards is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only group consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative and marketing firms. AIVA members include executives from organizations such as Airtype Studio, Big Spaceship, Conde Nast, Coach, Disney, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Estee Lauder, Fry Hammond Barr, Lockheed Martin, MTV Networks, Pitney Bowes, rabble+rouser, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Time, Inc., Victoria’s Secret, Wired, and Yahoo!
