We are pleased to announce the promotion of Curtis Jeannelle to Assistant Vice President – Property Accounting. In this new role, Curtis will be overseeing and managing the general property accounting functions as well as supervising, training, and providing leadership to the other property accountants.
Curtis joined Colliers in 2013 and has been a significant contributor to our Company’s success. He does an excellent job with setting up new properties, setting up new accounting systems, and solving difficult issues.
Curtis has a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Metro State University and earned his CPA in 2015.

David Kepus – David is a Chiefs fan and is from Kansas City. David has a Masters Degree in accounting from Avila University in Kansas City. David joined our accounting team in December 2019.
Tania Vijarro – Tania has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colorado State University. After spending several years in politics at the state capital, she decided that she wanted to be an accountant. Tania joined our accounting team in March 2020.
Dan Vestecka – Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska. Dan joined our accounting team in July as a consultant. He has been doing an excellent job, so we decided hire him.
